1) Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers in the service department. You’ll guide them through their vehicle’s maintenance or repair journey, providing expert advice, clear communication, and a high level of customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, assess their service needs, and confirm required services.
  • Provide accurate service estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service and communicate any updates or additional requirements to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service orders, repairs, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

2) Warranty Clerk

In this role, you will play an essential part in our service department by managing and processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring our customers experience a seamless after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Claims Processing: Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims for vehicles and parts with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring adherence to manufacturer policies.
  • Record Management: Maintain meticulous records of claims, including parts replaced and repair information, for reference and audit purposes.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customers and our service team to address warranty inquiries, explaining terms and ensuring clear communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure all warranty claims meet manufacturer guidelines, standards, and policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues with warranty claims or discrepancies, working closely with manufacturers and service personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
  • Attention to Detail with strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to interact with customers, service teams, and manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with Warranty Processes and systems; knowledge of dealership software is an advantage, however full training will be given.
  • Team Player who can collaborate effectively with various departments.
3) Service Technicians

Are you a skilled automotive technician with a passion for delivering top-notch service? We’re on the hunt for a talented and certified technician to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality maintenance and repairs to ensure our customers’ vehicles are in optimal condition and safe on the road.

As a Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles and conduct routine maintenance and repairs.

Working within a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for completing jobs efficiently and accurately, maintaining a clean workspace, and following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

You will also have opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge through ongoing training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on various car models
  • Diagnose issues and recommend solutions based on comprehensive inspection
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues accurately
  • Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed
  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate issues and timelines to customers

Qualifications:

  • Certification in automotive repair or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
